Our Texas LLC Formation Package is a flat fee of $1,995.

One-half is due before work begins, with the remaining balance due when your completed Business + Bank Ready package is delivered.

Contact our office to schedule a consultation with Selena and discuss your business goals.
Step 2
Meet with Selena to determine the best structure for your business. If you move forward with LLC formation, your consultation is included in the package.
Step 3
Complete a simple information form and submit your initial payment. We'll prepare and file your business documents.
Step 4
Receive your completed Business + Bank Ready package and review your next steps with our team.

Why shouldn't I just file my LLC online?
Online filing services prepare paperwork. We help you understand your options, avoid costly mistakes, and build your business on the right financial and tax foundation.
How long does the process take?
Most LLC formations are completed in approximately two weeks after we receive your information and payment.
What is an EIN?
An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is your business's federal tax ID. Most businesses need one to open a bank account, hire employees, and file tax returns.
Will I need an Operating Agreement?
Most LLCs should have one. We prepare a customized Operating Agreement as part of your formation package.
Can you help me choose between an LLC and an S Corporation?
Yes. We'll explain your options and recommend the structure that best fits your situation.
Do I have to live in Amarillo?
No. We work with clients throughout Texas and can complete the entire process remotely.
I already formed my LLC online. Can you still help?
